Another silly Slightly Fat Features off-stage clip...here’s Matt Bernard - and me over-acting...

Bridport Arts Centre 3 3 14 Jane Saunders and Robert Lee

1) Libertango - Piazolla 2) Stalingrad - Robert Lee 3) Romanian Folk Dances - Bela Bartok 4) Trois Gnossiennes - Erik Satie 5) Czardas - Traditional Hungarian Encore: Putting on the Ritz - Irving Berlin

I’ve been a fool all my life...never been able to see things for what they might be...generally too afraid to...still am, I expect.  I don’t want to be something I’m not - but - there again - I really do!

We’ve been putting on a series of nights in Bridport under the banner “IF” in recent times, in a large and beautiful room in the Unitarian Chapel.  The people at the Chapel have been very generous and welcoming - and very open-minded.  It’s given me/us some great chances to perform stuff that might not be the ticket elsewhere.  Here’s an extract from a live performance of mine that the lovely Ergo Phizmiz recorded for me.  The video was originally triggered and projected live and incorporates Wagner’s loooong Eb at the start.

I first met the wonderful Lorna Rees, of Gobbledegook Theatre, when we both performed at the Weymouth Olympics Ceremony in Battle for the Winds.  Since then, lots of marvelous things have occurred - not least performing for a Splendiferous Victorian evening at The Russell-Cotes Museum in Bournemouth.  Much Masked Merriment was had, by us, at least - and we made some special songs for the punters...these aren't videos, by the way!

Well, that’s another page.  There’s more.  Click belooooow....
